As the head of analytical research, Qmars oversees the company's research efforts with a particular emphasis on methods, procedures and modeling. He also has a central role in the development and sustainability of Quantum-Web’s analysis and consultancy capabilities.

He serves as the chief liaison for the audiences sector with industry associations and support initiatives to identify and advance new products and services for Quantum-Web.
Qmars provides clients with strategic consulting on broadband tariffs, operational and financial forecasts, emerging market identification, and revenue growth opportunities.

Qmars holds a Doctorate in Economics and Commerce from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Econometrics from Birkbeck Collage, London, UK.
